Transfer of functions, powers and duties of Division of Purchase and Property, director, and Office of Architecture, Engineering and Construction All the functions, powers and duties of the Division of Purchase and Property, the director thereof and the Office of Architecture, Engineering and Construction therein relating to the planning, construction, reconstruction, improvement and repair of public buildings are transferred to the Division of Building and Construction established hereunder.
