52:18-32. Moneys received pursuant to motor vehicle laws All moneys received pursuant to laws relating to motor vehicles shall be deposited in the state treasury as heretofore and held there for the purposes to which the same are devoted by law but shall be included in the annual appropriation for disbursement under the supervision of the state's financial officers in the same manner as other appropriations.
