Division of Professional Boards, powers, duties and property transferred to The New Jersey State Board of Public Accountants, the New Jersey State Board of Architects, the State Board of Registration and Examination in Dentistry, the Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors of the State of New Jersey, the State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, the State Board of Medical Examiners, the New Jersey State Board of Nursing, the New Jersey State Board of Optometrists, the Board of Pharmacy of the State of New Jersey, the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, the State Board of Shorthand Reporting, and the Board of Beauty Culture Control, and all of their respective functions, powers, duties, records and property are hereby transferred to the Division of Professional Boards established hereunder in the Department of Law and Public Safety.
