52:17B-11. Minimum requirements for fish and game wardens The Superintendent of State Police shall, after consultation with the Director of the Division of Fish and Game in the Department of Conservation and Economic Development, prescribe minimum qualifications to be met by all persons who may hereafter be appointed as fish and game wardens and deputy fish and game wardens. No person shall hereafter be appointed a fish and game warden or a deputy fish and game warden unless he shall meet the qualifications so prescribed, as well as such qualifications as may be prescribed pursuant to Title 11 of the Revised Statutes, Civil Service.
