52:15C-15 Provision of technical assistance, training by the State Comptroller. 15. The State Comptroller shall provide technical assistance and training to units in the Executive branch of State government, including entities exercising executive branch authority, independent State authorities, public institutions of higher education, and units of local government and boards of education regarding best practices in developing and implementing financial management systems that will strengthen internal control procedures and prevent the misuse of public funds.
