52:14F-13. Environmental workload reports 2. The director shall, within 12 months after enactment, and annually thereafter, notify the Assembly Energy and Environment Committee and the Senate Environmental Quality Committee or their successors, of the number of cases pending in the Office of Administrative Law, the total number of Administrative Law Judges serving in the office, the number of Administrative Law Judges serving in the environmental unit and the number of environmental cases assigned to the environmental unit.
