52:14E-4 Governor's Advisory Council for Emergency Services. 4. There is hereby created a Governor's Advisory Council for Emergency Services, which shall consist of the Attorney General, who shall be the presiding officer; the Adjutant General of Military and Veterans' Affairs, the Commissioner of Community Affairs, the Commissioner of Environmental Protection, the Commissioner of Transportation, and the President of the Board of Public Utilities or their designees. The members of the council shall serve without pay in connection with all such duties as are prescribed in P.L.1972, c.133 (C.52:14E-1 et seq.).
