52:14D-6. Effect of transfer on orders, rules or regulations The transfer shall not affect any order, rule or regulation made or promulgated by the agency prior to the effective date of the transfer; but such orders, rules and regulations shall continue with full force and effect until amended or repealed pursuant to law.
