52:14B-12. Administrative review Whenever under statute or agency rule there is a mode of administrative review within an agency, such review shall remain unimpaired and any judicial review shall be from the final action of the agency. The administrative review within the agency need not comply with the requirements for the conduct of contested cases. L.1968, c. 410, s. 12.
