52:14-17.29h State Health Benefits Commission contracts to cover certain out-of-network services. 11. The State Health Benefits Commission shall ensure that every contract purchased or renewed by the commission on or after the effective date of P.L.2001, c.367 (C.26:2S-6.1 et al.), which provides hospital or medical expense benefits through a managed care plan as defined in section 2 of P.L.1997, c.192 (C.26:2S-2), shall meet the requirements of section 2 of P.L.2001, c.367 (C.26:2S-6.1).
