52:13D-22.3. Weekend, holiday rule 3. When the date or the last day prescribed for filing a document falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the next succeeding business day shall be regarded as the date of the last day prescribed for filing the document. L.1991,c.333,s.3.
