52:13D-22.1. Definition 1. As used in this act, "document" means any statement, report, form, or accounting which is required to be filed with the Joint Legislative Committee on Ethical Standards within a prescribed period or on or before a prescribed date pursuant to law or the legislative code of ethics promulgated pursuant to the "New Jersey Conflicts of Interest Law," P.L.1971, c.182 (C.52:13D-12 et seq.). The term "within a prescribed period or on or before a prescribed date" includes any extension of time granted by the committee for filing a document. L.1991,c.333,s.1.
