52:13C-33 Failure to file notice of representation, report; fourth degree crime. 16. Any governmental affairs agent required to file a notice of representation or report or maintain any record under this act who fails to file such a notice or report or maintain such record shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
