52:13C-30 Willful falsification; fourth degree crime. 13. Any person who knowingly and willfully falsifies all or any part of any statement, notice or report under this act shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree. L.1971,c.183,s.13; amended 2004, c.27, s.21.
