52:13C-26. Public records; inspection, preservation 9. The statements required by this act, as amended and supplemented, to be filed with the commission (a) shall constitute part of the public records of the office of the commission and shall be available for public inspection; and (b) shall be preserved by the commission for a period of five years from the date of filing.
