52:11-2.2. Journal clerk; tenure Any person holding or who shall hold the office, position or employment of journal clerk to the Senate of this State and who has served or shall have served for 20 consecutive years or more, shall continue to hold such office, position or employment during good behavior and efficiency and shall not be removed therefrom, except for good cause shown after a fair and impartial hearing.
