51:12-3. Installation of glazing materials other than safety glazing materials in hazardous locations; prohibition After the effective date of this act no person shall within the State knowingly sell, fabricate, assemble, glaze, install, consent or cause to be installed glazing materials other than safety glazing materials in, or for use in, any hazardous location. For purposes of this section the terms "install" or "installed" shall not be deemed to mean or refer to the changing of storm doors or windows on existing buildings subject to this act on its effective date.
