51:11-9. Fee Every person required to be licensed according to the provisions of this act shall for such license pay a fee of $50.00 per annum which fee shall be paid to the superintendent and by him turned over to the State Treasurer. The said fee shall entitle the licensee to one vehicle certificate and a license plate to be placed on the left side of the vehicle from which the business is conducted together with an identification card to be carried by the licensee.
