51:1-118. Rules and regulations The State Superintendent of Weights and Measures shall issue rules and regulations governing the examination of applicants for licenses to repair weighing and measuring devices. The regulations shall specify the qualifications for limited and unlimited licenses, and shall declare the conditions under which licenses will be revoked. L.1938, c. 182, p. 394, s. 6.
