50:3-16.8 Revocation of Area No. 1 license. 8. The department may revoke any license for Area No. 1 issued under P.L.1966, c.52 (C.50:3-16.1 et seq.) by reason of a false oath made by any owner or master in applying therefor, or for any other violation of P.L.1966, c.52 (C.50:3-16.1 et seq.), after due hearing.
