50:3-16.17 Revocation of license, grounds. 17. The department may revoke any license for Areas Nos. 2 and 3 issued under P.L.1966, c.52 (C.50:3-16.1 et seq.) by reason of a false oath made by any owner or master in applying therefor, or for any other violation of P.L.1966, c.52 (C.50:3-16.1 et seq.), after due hearing.
