5:9-3 Definitions. 3. For the purposes of this act: a. "Commission" shall mean the State Lottery Commission established by this act. b. "Division" shall mean the Division of the State Lottery created by this act. c. "Lottery" or "State lottery" shall mean the lottery established and operated pursuant to this act and includes all lottery games organized or conducted by the division prior to and after the effective date of P.L.2017, c.98 (C.5:9-22.5 et al.). d. "Director" shall mean the Director of the Division of the State Lottery. L.1970, c.13, s.3; amended 2017, c.98, s.9.
