5:9-23. Emergency Transportation Tax Act; prizes exempt The prizes received pursuant to the provisions of this act shall be exempt from the "Emergency Transportation Tax Act" (P.L.1961, c. 32). L.1970, c. 13, s. 24, eff. Feb. 16, 1970.
