5:8-87. Holding of investigations and hearings; subpoena power The commissioner may hold investigations and hearings within or without the State and shall have power to compel the attendance of witnesses, the production of books and documents relating to transactions connected with the holding and conducting of amusement games under said law, and transactions, relating thereto, with those conducting the same by the issuance of subpoena signed by the commissioner which may be served by any person of full age.
