5:5-145 Distribution of inactive, dormant accounts. 19. All amounts remaining in wagering accounts inactive or dormant for such period and under such conditions as established by regulation shall be paid 50% to the account wagering licensee and 50% to the New Jersey Racing Industry Special Fund.
