5:5-135 Right to control patrons. 9. Nothing in this act shall be deemed to abrogate the common law right or any other right established by law to exclude or eject permanently from any off-track wagering facility any person who disrupts the operations of its premises, threatens the security of its premises or its occupants, or is disorderly or intoxicated.
