5:3-9. Misdemeanor; penalty Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and for each offense, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars. The fine shall be paid into the treasury of the firemen's relief fund of the municipality in which the violation occurs, or into the general treasury of such municipality, should there be no firemen's relief fund therein.
