5:12A-17 Sports wagering lounges, permitted use. 8. Sports wagering lounges at which a sports pool is operated shall be a permitted use in all commercial, retail, industrial, non-residential and mixed-use zoning districts of a municipality. L.2018, c.33, s.8.
