5:12-91.1 Endorsement as multi-casino employee. 57. Upon the joint petition of two or more affiliated casino licensees, a registered casino employee or licensed casino key employee who is employed by any affiliated casino licensee may be endorsed by the commission or division, as applicable, as a multi-casino employee of each of the petitioners; provided, however, that no such multi-casino employee shall be permitted to engage in any incompatible functions, as determined by the division.
