5:12-66 Investigative hearings. 66. Investigative hearings. The division shall have the authority to conduct investigative hearings concerning the conduct of gaming and gaming operations as well as the enforcement of the provisions of P.L.1977, c.110 (C.5:12-1 et seq.), as amended and supplemented, in accordance with the procedures set forth in the act and any applicable implementing regulations.
