5:12-35 "Operation certificate." 35. "Operation certificate" - A certificate issued by the division which certifies that operation of a casino and, if applicable, a simulcasting facility conforms to the requirements of this act and applicable regulations and that its personnel and procedures are efficient and prepared to entertain the public.
