5:12-151 Forms. 151. In addition to the other powers granted by this act, the Division of Taxation is hereby authorized and empowered to promulgate and distribute all forms and returns necessary to the implementation of this act. L.1977, c.110, s.151; amended 2011, c.19, s.110.
