5:12-145.5. Organization, election of chairperson, secretary 3. The commission shall organize as soon after the appointment of its members as is practicable. A majority of the commission members shall elect a chairperson from among the members and a secretary who need not be a member of the commission. The commission shall meet at regular intervals but at least on a quarterly basis. L.1992,c.108,s.3.
