5:12-117.1 Persons prohibited from accepting employment; violation; crime of fourth degree. 5. a. No applicant or person or organization licensed by or registered with the commission or division shall employ or offer to employ any person who is prohibited from accepting employment from a licensee or applicant or any holding or intermediary company under section 4 of P.L.1981, c.142 (C.52:13D-17.2). b. An applicant or person or organization who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
