5:10A-67 Severability. 67. If the provisions of any section or clause of sections 1 through 68 of P.L.2015, c.19 (C.5:10A-1 through C.5:10A-68) or the application thereof to any person shall be judged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such order or judgment shall be confined in its operation to the controversy in which it was rendered, and shall not affect or invalidate the remainder of any provision of any section or clause of sections 1 through 68 of P.L.2015, c.19 (C.5:10A-1 through C.5:10A-68), or the application of any part thereof to any other person or circumstance and, to this end, the provisions of each section of sections 1 through 68 of P.L.2015, c.19 (C.5:10A-1 through C.5:10A-68) are declared to be severable.
