5:10A-54 Conditions for nonpayment of adjustment. 54. Notwithstanding the provision of any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, no constituent municipality shall pay out, or receive an adjustment payment for any adjustment year in which its municipal equalized valuation per capita, as defined in section 1 of P.L.1978, c.14 (C.52:27D-178) and as certified by the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs exceeds $1,000,000.
