49:5-16. Conflict with other laws All laws and parts of laws of this State inconsistent with this act are hereby superseded with respect to matters covered by this act; provided, however, that, nothing contained herein shall limit the power of the State to proceed against any person for conduct which constitutes a crime under any other statute, and further provided that, nothing contained herein shall affect the applicability of the New Jersey Anti-trust Act, P.L.1970, c. 73 (C. 56:9-1 et seq.) or the rights conferred therein.
