49:2B-4. Amount authorized 4. Refunding bonds of the State of New Jersey are authorized to be issued in an amount not to exceed the amount necessary to effectuate the refinancing of all or any portion of any series of outstanding bonds in accordance with the terms and conditions of section 5 of this act.
