48:4-38. Provision for continuing liability Insurance policies filed under this article shall contain a provision for a continuing liability, notwithstanding any recovery thereon, until the expiration thereof according to their terms or until ten days after notice in writing of cancellation has been given to the board of public utility commissioners.
