48:4-2.1l. Enforcement of provisions of act 10. All county, municipal and other officers charged with the enforcement of State and municipal laws, are authorized to assist the department under the direction of the commissioner or any duly authorized representative of the commissioner in the enforcement of the provisions of this act, any rules or regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and any administrative or judicial orders issued pursuant thereto.
