48:3-98.4 Challenged provisions; final resolution. 4. If one or more provisions in P.L.2011, c.9 (C.48:3-98.2 et al.) are challenged in an administrative or judicial proceeding, the board may suspend the applicability of the challenged provision or provisions during the pendency of those proceedings until final resolution of the challenge and any appeals, and shall issue such orders and take such other actions as it deems appropriate to ensure that the provisions that are not challenged are implemented expeditiously to achieve the public purposes of P.L.2011, c.9 (C.48:3-98.2 et al.).
