48:25-20 Board of Public Utilities, seek, accept grants, public sources. 8. The board may seek and accept grants from public sources, including, but not limited to, any federal funding to be provided for the purposes of the demonstration project, except that the board shall not accept a grant that is subject to conditions that are inconsistent with any other law of this State.
