48:23-3 New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority; establishment. 3. There is hereby established, pursuant to P.L.1968, c.405 (C.48:23-1 et seq.), in the Executive Branch of the State Government the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority. For the purpose of complying with the provisions of Article V, Section IV, paragraph 1 of the New Jersey Constitution, the authority is hereby allocated within the Department of the Treasury, but notwithstanding such allocation, the authority shall be independent of any supervision or control by the department or by any agency or officer thereof.
