48:23-14 Board of directors. 2. The Foundation for New Jersey Public Broadcasting shall be governed by a board of directors. The number of directors and their terms and manner of selection shall be determined upon the incorporation of the foundation. No employee of the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority shall serve as a member of the board of directors. No member of the board of directors shall engage in any business transaction or professional activity for profit with the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority.
