48:2-72. Companies not subject to fees and charges by commissioners The provisions of sections 1 of P.L.1959, c. 43 (C. 48:2-56) and 11 of P.L.1968, c. 375 (C. 48:22-11) relating to the collections of fees and charges by the Board of Public Utility Commissioners, shall be inapplicable to public utility companies and public movers subject to assessment pursuant to this act.
