48:2-21.30. Authority of Division of Ratepayer Advocate 7. Nothing in this act shall be construed to alter or diminish in any way the authority of the Division of the Ratepayer Advocate to participate in any proceeding before the Board of Public Utilities that may affect the rates that are charged to customers of an electric public utility.
