46:26B-5. Additional prerequisites to filing. The county recording officer shall not accept for filing any map, with the exception of a right-of-way parcel map, unless it has endorsed on it a certificate by the municipal clerk or secretary of the planning board stating: a. That the proper authority has approved the map or stating its exemption from approval; b. That the map complies with the provisions of this law; and c.
