45:8B-69 Regulation of creative arts therapy professions. 2. The creative arts therapy professions in the State of New Jersey are determined to affect the public safety and welfare, and to be subject to regulation and control in the public interest in order to protect the public by setting standards of qualification, education, training, and experience for professional creative arts therapists and associate creative arts therapists.
