45:8B-21. Licensing of person licensed out-of-State 21. The board may issue a license by an examination of credentials to any applicant who presents evidence that he is licensed or certified as a marriage and family therapist in another state with requirements for that license or certificate such that the board is of the opinion that the applicant is competent to engage in the practice of marriage and family therapy in this State.
