45:8-35.7. Prorating of credits 6. a. The board shall not require completion of land surveying continuing professional competency credits for any certification periods commencing within 12 months of the effective date of this act. b. The board shall require completion of land surveying continuing professional competency credits on a pro rata basis for any certification periods commencing more than 12 but less than 24 months following the effective date of this act.
